Welcome back to Happa After 5 This week, we’ve got an incredible restaurateur in the studio. If you’ve eaten out in Lahore in the last few years, chances are… he’s had something to do with it. Of course I’m talking about the brilliant Ammar Mohsin. Ammar started out in the corporate world, working on big brands at Unilever. But then he did what most of us only dream of — he completely switched lanes and co-founded Rina’s Kitchenette, which soon became a household name in Lahore. And that was just the start. Since then, he’s been behind some of the coolest and most loved food spots in the city, with notable mentions being DanDan, XO Chinese chips, Lahorigiri, and most recently Keprek. Every place has its own vibe, its own identity, and somehow, he makes it all work.
